Alcohol is permitted on property, however, a licensed and insured person must serve alcohol and we must have a copy of their license on file.
Guests need to leave the property by midnight.
Guests have until 10 am the following day to make sure everything was cleaned up properly, or there would be a charge of $72 Hr for our staff to clean up for the next event coming in or for people viewing the property.
All Guests agree to leave property in the same condition as prior use.
There is absolutely NO use of tape on any of the Owners Premises including but not limited to tent, chairs, tables, tablecloths, bridge or any such.
No plastic linens are to be used on the property.
No blow up devices are allowed on property.
No plugging into light of fan cords around perimeter of tent.
If any item is to be hung up at the tent it MUST get prior approval from Owner.
any item anchored in the ground must get prior approval.
Golf carts will be operated by O-Ace-is staff and will be rented on a 5hr basis unless other arrangements are made. Events up to 150 guests will be required to rent a minimum of 1 golf cart, and events greater than 150 will be required to rent 2 golf carts to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Guests need to set up a final meeting with Owner or Owners assigned employee at least 2 days prior to scheduled event to finalize all extras and any needed items, and make final payment in full.
It is the responsibility of guest/guests to let DJ's, Food Vendors, or anybody else helping with event to know rules in place.
Chair and table racks will be brought down on the day before event by Owner, Guests are allowed to set up for their event the day before, but in order to have racks removed on the same day they will need to be unloaded by 3 pm.
No staff will be supplied by the Owner for the day before event, guests are responsible for setting up, and making sure property is clean, and lights are off following setup.
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings/tents.
All trash/cigarette butts must be disposed properly.
Trash containers are located throughout the property for Renters use.
Renter will be responsible for emptying and replacing all trash can liners.
Full bags of trash need to be placed in dumpster north of the Welding Shop.
All tables and chairs MUST be returned cleaned in order to avoid a cleaning fee.
If the Owners Premises is not swept and picked up properly after Renters event, additional charges will be applied for cleaning purposes.
The property, cabin, tent, tables, and chairs must be cleaned up at the end of guests event on day it is scheduled. No trash or personal property is to be left overnight.
If guest rented sides, they could be taken down at end of guests scheduled event or at Owners discretion.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
This property is intended for the enjoyment of all guests. Any unruly or disruptive behavior could result in the dismissal of the guest which is at the discretion of the Owner.
The pulling up of signs and rock throwing is not allowed.
In the event of severe weather, all guests on the Owners premises are asked to move to their vehicles. In the event of high winds, the sides could possibly be taken down at the Owners discretion.
You have the option of renting the bride's room for the bride and her wedding part to get ready in. If you choose not to use this room, you also have the option to use the cabin. If bride gets ready off premises she can wait in cabin or rent brides room to wait in until event.
